Job Description:

Customer Service Rep.

Serve’s customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.



Duties:

* Attracts potential customers by answering phones and giving product and service information; suggesting information about other products and services.



* Opens customer accounts by recording account information into database



* Maintains customer records by updating account information.



* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.



* Schedule and confirm appointments with customers.



* Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.



* Filing and faxing documents, processing orders through both computer and hard copy.



* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed as well as developing efficient procedures for assigned tasks



*Skills/Qualifications:

Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking, typing



Minimum Two years office experience

Must skills:

Typing, Windows XP, Organization, Well spoken, Neat appearance, Problem Solving ,Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking, heavy phones.



Bonus Skills:

Multi lingual, QuickBooks, knowledge of five boro’s, QXpress
