Customer Service Rep.
Serve’s customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Duties:
* Attracts potential customers by answering phones and giving product and service information; suggesting information about other products and services.
* Opens customer accounts by recording account information into database
* Maintains customer records by updating account information.
* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
* Schedule and confirm appointments with customers.
* Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
* Filing and faxing documents, processing orders through both computer and hard copy.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed as well as developing efficient procedures for assigned tasks

Minimum Two years office experience

Multi lingual, QuickBooks, knowledge of five boro’s, QXpress
